Shipping in Australia

• We offer free express shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $100.
  A flat rate of $9.95 is applied to orders of $100 or under
  Once your parcel is packed we’ll send you a dispatch notification email with your tracking information and instructions. NOTE: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, these are a guide only and shipping timeframes may vary.
  In the Australian summer months (Dec-Feb), we don’t ship on Fridays to avoid potential heat damage from packages held in hot warehouses over the weekend.

NSW, VIC, ACT: Delivered within 2-5 business days
SA, WA, NT, QLD, TAS: Delivered within 4-10 business days

International Shipping

Shipping costs for international orders are available at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL: Delivered within 10-30 business days

Returns policy

Returns are accepted on the following conditions:

• The item is unused and completely clean with all packaging still in place
• The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us
• Returns are only available on full priced items
• Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty or there was a despatch error made by Athena Luxe
• Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to an incorrect address entered or unsuccessful delivery attempts
• Gift cards, sale items and items purchased using a discount code are not returnable
• If products are damaged upon delivery please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods including your name, order number, photos and reason for return
• If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase
